Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for their Barcelona office.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service support, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will assist users via multiple communication channels and work with internal tools to resolve issues efficiently.
This is a full-time, on-site position, offering an opportunity to work in the fashion industry while developing professional skills in an international environment.
Your Role
- Handle incoming customer calls via phone, email, voicemail, and automated alerts
- Log and track call details in the call management system
- Provide timely responses and resolutions within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to offer effective solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a professional approach to issue resolution
Your Requirements
- Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to listen, understand, and address customer needs effectively
- Capable of managing and resolving inquiries independently or escalating when necessary
Preferred but not required:
- Familiarity with IT platforms, Windows, MS Office, and internet configurations is an advantage
