Your Responsibilities:
- Inquiry Management: Assist the team in managing and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
- First-Level Support: Handle support tickets and respond to employee questions via email, phone, and in person.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Effective Communication: Communicate promptly and effectively with employees to address concerns and prevent misunderstandings.
- Escalation Management: Take responsibility for managing escalations and promoting a positive work environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
- Empathy & Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities and high empathy, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations.
