Workster is partnering with a global technology services provider to recruit a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will support sales and revenue operations by ensuring data accuracy, clean forecasting, and smooth deal execution. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with numbers, processes, and cross-functional teams.


Your Role

  • Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off, coordinating closely with internal Operations teams.
  • Monitor revenue (actuals and scheduled billings), quoting tools, and sales pipelines to identify gaps or duplications.
  • Perform daily and weekly pipeline hygiene checks, flagging issues such as missing close plans or overdue opportunities.
  • Investigate and reconcile billing and invoicing issues, including disputes, credits, and adjustments, in collaboration with Operations and Finance teams.
  • Support forecasting activities by joining or leading closing calls, tracking deal progress, and preparing forecast files.
  • Manage support tickets related to pricing, quoting tools, system updates, and billing escalations.
  • Proactively track deal progress and work with quoting teams and sales management to resolve blockers.
  • Create and distribute reports on pipeline hygiene and billing readiness, ensuring timely follow-up in CRM systems.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German(spoken and written).
  • Good level of English for internal communication.
  • Experience in sales support, revenue operations, finance support, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, quoting tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
