Workster is partnering with a global leader in business process transformation to find a Senior Associate – F&A Customer Care (German & English). This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in finance and customer support. You will be responsible for assisting customers with finance-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and delivering high-quality service in both German and English.
Your Role
- Handle customer inquiries related to finance and accounting via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding transactions, billing, and payment processing
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial processes and company policies
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Document all customer interactions in the system to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, finance, or a similar field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial processes or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage
