Workster is partnering with a global leader in business process transformation to find a Senior Associate – F&A Customer Care (German & English). This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in finance and customer support. You will be responsible for assisting customers with finance-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and delivering high-quality service in both German and English.

Your Role

  • Handle customer inquiries related to finance and accounting via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding transactions, billing, and payment processing
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial processes and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Document all customer interactions in the system to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, finance, or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of financial processes or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage
