Workster is partnering with a global customer experience and technology services provider to recruit a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist for their support center in Katowice.
If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and solving problems step-by-step, this role allows you to support customers while developing your technical troubleshooting skills — no engineering background required.
Your Role
- Handle inbound calls from German-speaking customers.
- Provide support related to repairs, warranties, parts, and minor technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems remotely, guiding customers through solutions.
- Recommend the appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
- Work with CRM tools to log cases, follow workflows, and track interactions.
You do not need to sell anything.
You do not need technical certification.
You will receive full training to succeed.
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C1) — confident, natural communication.
- Openness to working on-site in Katowice.
- A logical, problem-solving mindset — the ability to figure things out step by step.
- Positive communication style and willingness to help customers.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus, not required.
- English knowledge is welcome but not mandatory.
