Workster is hiring for a boutique Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
Location: Northern Tel-Aviv (Hybrid, 3 times per week in the office) + additional travel for sourcing meetings (ad hoc)
Your Role
- Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, other business or social networking
- Design and propose technical Call Centre/BPO solutions to address business requirements and strategic priorities of a need or request from a client
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales
- Follow industry trends locally and internationally
- Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts
- Lead and motivate virtual teams to deliver profitable, multi-year contracts
- Lead end to end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and strategic direction through to transition planning and final implementation
- Engage with marketing to drive lead generation
- Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partner
Your Qualifications
- C1 Level in English & Hebrew, both oral and written
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or Marketing and related disciplines is advantageous
- Proven success winning $multi-million contracts for both “new logo” business and existing accounts (ideally off-shore Customer Service Solutions) within BPO – essential
- Expert commercial and negotiation skills to close global Sales deals
- Possess strong commercial awareness and experience of sales forecasting and reporting
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies
- Adopt a creative, collaborative and focussed approach to business problem solving, with excellent organizational skills
- Understand strategic selling, ability to negotiate and close major deals
- Have a detailed awareness of Vertical Market Sectors
