Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we’re looking for a Hungarian -speaking Team Leader to join their team in Gdańsk.
Your Role
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Ensuring consistent quality and productivity
- Coaching, shadowing and employee support
- Support in process development
- Conducting feedback and conversations with employees
- Monitoring, reporting and analysis of KPIs relevant to the project
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service in sales/technical areas
- C1 Hungarian and English levels, written and spoken
- Based in Gdansk or willing to relocate
- The ability to identify training needs and support program development
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in team management in the Call Center environment
- Multitasking and prioritization
