Workster is partnering with a Top Workplace-awarded tech business outsourcing company to recruit a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative for a high-impact hybrid role in Dublin.

In this position, you’ll be working with inbound leads, representing a world-class business marketing tool in the EMEA market. Your mission is to convert prospects into customers, manage a strong sales pipeline, and exceed your monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the SME segment
  • Manage and convert inbound leads from various channels to meet pipeline and revenue goals
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and communicate technical and business value clearly
  • Champion the product and services, fostering awareness and understanding of the brand
  • Apply a structured sales methodology to shorten the sales cycle and boost conversion rates
  • Prioritize and follow up on sales opportunities, ensuring timely actions and updates
  • Support clients with strong account management to align with their tech strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership and clients to define strategies that support revenue growth

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1) and strong English (B2+), both written and spoken
  • 18–24 months of experience in an SDR role in SaaS/IT services, or
    6–12 months of B2B sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Background with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integrator
  • Strong skills in discovery calls, prospecting, and delivering sales presentations
  • Proven sales acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Highly collaborative and performance-driven, with a solid track record of achieving targets
  • Passionate about technology and innovation, with adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to convey value clearly and persuasively, both technically and commercially
  • Professional presence with strong communication and presentation abilities
