Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Portuguese-speaking Inside Sales Representatives for a technology sales project in Barcelona, Spain. Your Role

  • Respond to inbound leads, converting each interaction into an opportunity to introduce clients to innovative merchant payment solutions and software.
  • Build strong connections with new customers, presenting products and services that match their needs.
  • Empower clients by guiding them through tailored solutions and product knowledge.
  • Proactively address queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and process innovation for enhanced merchant support.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Portuguese (bilingual or proficient) and strong English skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a drive to exceed expectations and sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Competitive spirit with resilience and the ability to overcome objections.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment with consistent phone activity.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop in the role.
