Your Role

  • Source candidates for Workster’s open positions worldwide, with a focus on Europe and Latin America.
  • Present suitable candidates for the client selection process.
  • Efficiently match candidates to the right roles and effectively present suitable opportunities to candidates.
  • Use your own sourcing channels and professional network as the foundation for candidate sourcing.
  • Participate in weekly team coordination meetings and exchange best practices with the rest of the team.

Qualifications for International Freelance Recruiter Jobs

Your Qualifications

  • At least one year of recruitment experience.
  • Freelance recruitment experience is a significant advantage.
  • Have, or be able to build, your own candidate network to match the roles available.
  • Have proven sourcing experience and the ability to identify suitable profiles in specific markets.
  • Multilingual skills are strongly preferred, particularly Dutch, German, Nordic languages, or other languages.
  • C1-level English proficiency.
  • Be interested in working on a commission-based model, with payment per hire.
