About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead and expand our recruitment operations. You will be responsible for managing the performance of freelance recruiters, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions to multiple clients, and hiring new recruiters to support our growth. This is a key leadership role within our agency, offering both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Freelancer Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of freelance recruiters across key KPIs (e.g., candidate quality, submission volume, response time).
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to drive results and engagement.
  • Lead weekly check-ins and training sessions to maintain high standards and motivation.

Client Delivery & Candidate Submissions

  • Oversee and ensure timely and high-quality candidate submissions to multiple clients across Europe.
  • Understand job requirements, adjust sourcing strategies, and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring processes and standards.

Internal Recruitment & Team Growth

  • Source, interview, and onboard new freelance recruiters to meet growing demand across various markets.
  • Implement and improve onboarding and training materials for new hires.
  • Create a pipeline of skilled recruiters across different language markets and specializations.

Process & Reporting

  • Track recruitment funnel metrics, generate performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategy and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to the optimization of recruitment tools, CRM workflows, and databases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or BPO environment
  • Experience managing recruiters or leading recruitment teams (remote team management is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and international hiring standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Located in one of our key EU markets
  • Experience working with ATS, CRM, or recruitment platforms
