Workster partners with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit a Dutch speaker for their Fashion Industry Customer Service role in a fantastic office location in the heart of Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will work on a 30h per week model with a working contract and have great language skills.

Your Role

  • Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
  • Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
  • Review client satisfaction level
  • Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential
  • business
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
  • Respond and provide resolution to incoming customer or partner calls regarding, customer inquiries and request.

Your Qualifications

  • Native Dutch with fluent English (C1)
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
  • Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel etc)
  • Solid knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Organised and able to handle unique situations confidently
  • Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
