Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialists for an exciting online banking project. You will support customers across chats, emails, and inbound calls, ensuring a smooth and efficient service while building long-term trust.

Your Role

  • Manage incoming chats, emails, and calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide timely solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet individual and team targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts/documents.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Your Qualfications

  • Native or near-native Italian (C2) and strong English skills (C1).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge and ability to handle multiple software systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
