Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialists for an exciting online banking project. You will support customers across chats, emails, and inbound calls, ensuring a smooth and efficient service while building long-term trust.
Your Role
- Manage incoming chats, emails, and calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide timely solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Meet individual and team targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts/documents.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Your Qualfications
- Native or near-native Italian (C2) and strong English skills (C1).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong MS Office knowledge and ability to handle multiple software systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
