Italian-speaking Content Moderation Expert (Social Media)

Your Role

Content Moderators support the client’s efforts to deliver high quality and efficient moderation service for the Global E-commerce team.

• Responsible for the governance of Seller, Product, Live and Short Video.
• You will ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.
• You are accountable for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.
• You will improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.
• Ownership of coordination with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies.

Your Qualifications

• You have a very good command of spoken Italian (level C1);
• Intermediate English (at least level B2);
• Experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial;
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and nights, 40h per week total in 8h shifts
• You can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
• Have proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping;
• Have good computer literacy.
