Workster is partnering with a leading global entertainment and technology company to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative for their team in Portugal. Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for viewers, delivering exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email.
- Technical & Application Support: Assist users with account management, troubleshooting software functionality, and resolving system configuration or network issues.
- Issue Resolution: Provide real-time, accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding streaming services.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Analyze technical problems and guide users through effective solutions.
- Record Keeping & Case Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive customer experience that enhances brand loyalty.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian (C1 level or higher) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or technical assistance is preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of software applications, system configurations, and network troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step resolutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 9 PM, including weekends and holidays) with two rotating days off.
