Workster partners with the largest outsourcing company in Greece to find Italian-speaking Customer Experts for the largest worldwide Social Media company out of their office in Athens.
Your Role
- Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
- Become and remain knowledgeable about our products and community standards

- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy

- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on the platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
- Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
- Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
- Enforce Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
- Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team
Your Qualifications
- C1 level of Italian
- Good level of English (B2)
- Willingness to relocate to Athens or already based there
- Experience in Customer Support is an advantage
- Strong abilities to work independently and as a team player
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications
- Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
