Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit a Lead Development Representative for an exciting technology project based in Barcelona, Spain. Your Role

  • Qualify and accelerate partner-led opportunities to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal channel managers to drive efficient deal progression.
  • Ensure CRM (Salesforce) accuracy and follow up on aged opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities based on sales stage and value thresholds.
  • Provide feedback to improve lead quality and partner engagement.
  • Develop and document best practices for pilot country collaboration.
  • Work closely with BDR teams to manage and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Conduct outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify new SMB business opportunities.
  • Research accounts to understand needs, decision-makers, and buying triggers.
  • Tailor sales messaging to showcase cloud and tech solutions for SMB clients.
  • Execute outbound campaigns aligned with regional and product initiatives.
  • Build and manage unattended account opportunities, ensuring partner delegation and closure.
  • Maintain strong data management and CRM discipline.
  • Track and analyze pipeline metrics, including lead aging and conversion.
  • Support faster close cycles for SMB deals in the $20K–$50K range.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to account managers with full deal context.

Your Qualifications

  • Proficient or bilingual in German and advanced English level.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales (preferably in SaaS, high-tech, or B2B).
  • Proven success in generating leads, cold calling, and presenting sales pitches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone manner.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to discuss technology topics; knowledge of SMB buying behaviors is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and outreach tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Analytical mindset, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to achieve targets.
  • Team player with a collaborative, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, pipeline management, and time prioritisation.
