Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience solutions to find a skilled and motivated Trainer to join their team in Lisbon.

Your Role

  • Creating, adapting, and delivering training content tailored to employee development and client requirements.
  • Designing comprehensive training roadmaps, materials, handouts, and manuals.
  • Delivering training sessions using various mediums (classroom, virtual, blended).
  • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and adapting content to meet changing needs.
  • Supporting employees through one-to-one coaching and group sessions to improve skills and performance.
  • Maintaining accurate training documentation and aligning learning with operational goals.
  • Staying informed on trends in employee development and recommending improvements.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for all product training and documentation.

Your Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of previous teaching or training experience (BPO or contact center experience preferred).
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong instructional design and content development skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal communication.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom).
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach individuals or groups effectively.
  • Experience in simplifying technical topics into engaging and accessible learning material.
  • College degree or equivalent experience in training or adult education.

Nice to have:

  • CAP (Train the Trainer) certification.
  • Additional language proficiency.
