Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit an enthusiastic Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative for Bank Norwegian, a branch of NOBA Bank Group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Malaga, Spain, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service in the banking industry, helping customers via phone and email.
Your Role
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
Your Qualifications
- Have proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian and an advanced level of English.
- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience.
- Have previous experience in customer service.
- Have good communication, written, and listening skills.
- It would be a plus if you:
- Have previous experience in invoicing, banking, or the collections industry. While not a must, experience in these areas would be beneficial as you will receive relevant training.
The Offer
- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 – 16:00, Friday from 09:00 – 16:00.
