Workster supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Team for the world’s largest search engine.

As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues.

Your Role:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels to provide outstanding support.
  • Assist with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in both public and private communications.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve help desk tickets.
  • Manage and prioritize your individual ticket queue, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of support materials by reviewing and providing feedback on help content.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level) with strong English skills (B2 level).
  • Currently based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
  • Previous experience in customer service or BPO is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with good PC skills and the ability to quickly navigate different systems.
  • Fast decision-maker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed.
