Workster is partnering with a fast-growing company in the sustainable mobility sector to recruit an Operations Customer & Logistics Coordinator for its operations in Düsseldorf.

In this role, you will be at the center of daily operations, combining customer interaction, logistics coordination, and process optimization. You will contribute to delivering a seamless experience from bike collection to final delivery, while supporting the growth of a dynamic and environmentally focused business.


Your Role

  • Welcome customers during bike drop-off and perform a quick technical check (frame, motor, battery)
  • Support Click & Collect handovers, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
  • Plan and optimize daily and weekly pickup routes to improve efficiency and reduce empty mileage
  • Act as the point of contact for external logistics partners and carriers
  • Manage the check-in process at the operations center, ensuring all data is accurately recorded
  • Maintain and update digital records (serial numbers, customer information) with high accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Identify issues and proactively find solutions to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a logistics-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to remain professional under pressure
  • Interest in bikes or e-mobility (technical knowledge is a plus, not required)
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to react quickly and effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Basic digital skills and attention to detail when handling data
