Workster is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Polish-speaking Airline Support Specialists for their multilingual team in Lisbon to support a leading Portuguese airline company.
Your Role
- Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience via phone and e-mail, in Polish and English.
- Resolving all doubts and situations of customers, providing all necessary assistance related to the Products and Services;
- Assisting in any inquiries/issues related to the frequent flyer program;
- Carry out customer processes treatment follow-up, resulting from questions raised by them, including informative contacts to the client about the treatment given to the process;
- Use and register in the computer all contacts received and made with and by Customers;
- Handle offline tasks, such as forms, emails, tickets and other tasks;
- Maintain productivity levels that meet or exceed departmental goals;
- Escalate critical customer well-being issues as well as any issue beyond the scope.
Your Qualifications
- Native Polish speaker
- A minimum of an intermediate (B2) level of English
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused and structured environment
