Workster is hiring for a major, fast-growing delivery player in Europe, Africa, and Western Asia. Together, we’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst Marketing & Growth. The successful employee’s tasks will focus on translation of data into actionable insights. The work model is hybrid (2 days home per week) but you must be based, or move, to Warsaw.
Your Role
- Lead local marketing activations and ad-hoc projects in complete autonomy, working with the HQ and the cross-functional teams for a seamless implementation
- Be the country point of contact for projects related to retention, loyalty, promotions, growth
- Run business analysis to develop a thorough understanding of the involved user base, in order to get actionable insights to be shared with HQ team and craft a best-in-class growth strategy via a test & learn approach
- Analyze how activations from other local departments drive growth by identifying what has worked, what has not worked and providing actionable insights to guide them in future reiterations
- Forecast quarterly targets and budget needs, according to HQ guidelines
- Periodically measure and track the project performance against themselves, being able to adjust the growth strategy where needed
- Provide appropriate visibility to the management on main project KPIs and create advocacy with internal and external stakeholders to engage them into dedicated initiatives to enable the project growth
Your Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience in growth/marketing role in top FMCG company and/or Tech companies
- Great Proficiency in English and native Polish language
- A degree in Business Administration/Marketing
- Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
- Comfortable in tracking/reporting on established performance marketing KPIs and turning insights into actions
- Strong consumer understanding skills
- Ninja expertise with Excel – Google Sheets and SQL is a must
- Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management
- Hands-on attitude is a must
- Curiosity and proactivity, you are eager to spot new insights and undertake uncovered challenges
- Looker, Python, programming, ecommerce, quantitative field education are nice to have
