Workster partners with the largest outsourcing company in Greece to find Polish-speaking Customer Experts for the largest worldwide tobacco a company out of their office in Athens.
Your Role
- Relationship building role whereas you will follow-up with the user on their journey quitting smoking and switching to alternative to traditional tobacco products
- Assist with troubleshooting on the products
- Become and remain knowledgeable about our products and community standards
- Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
- Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team
Your Qualifications
- C1 level of Polish or higher
- Good level of English (B2)
- Willingness to relocate to Athens or already based there
- Experience in Customer Support is an advantage
- Strong abilities to work independently and as a team player
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications
- Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
