Workster is working with a leading German airlines provider. Together, we’re looking for proactive and customer-focused Air Travel Consultants with Polish who would like to join the team in Brno, Czech Republic, with potential to be remote from anywhere in the country later on.

Your Role

  • Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in Polish and English
  • Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
  • Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
  • Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers’ enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Polish (B2H+) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to relocate to Brno, Czech Republic or already residing there
  • Good computer skills
  • Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile
  • Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment
  • If you wish to work remotely later, a fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 mbps) and a smartphone is necessary

The Offer

  • Work from home is available in Czech Republic after the 10 weeks training, with a small financial support and occasional sponsored office visits
