Workster supports a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Subject Matter Expert who speaks Polish and English in Romania. The employee would be supporting customers and partners of an alimentary supplements brand. This role can be based anywhere in Romania.

Your Role

  • Take inbound calls, emails, tickets, and chats with existing customers and partners to solve their issues within guidelines
  • Ensure the delivery of an efficient and very high quality customer experience at every contact
  • Update the database of customers and document activities and history for further contacts and campaigns
  • Comply with schedule and policies
  • Identifies potential sales leads and transfer to sales team where applicable

 

Your Qualifications

  • Based in or willingness to move to Romania
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure of time in order to achieve targets
  • Responsible and reliable attitude
  • Very good customer service skills with pleasant, friendly voice
  • High motivation and enthusiastic approach
  • Planning skills
  • Effective decision making
