Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Portuguese-speaking Customer Support & Content Review Specialists for an on-site role in Athens.

You will support one of the world’s most influential social media and digital platforms, contributing to user safety, policy enforcement, and high-quality customer experience. Depending on the assigned workflow, the role may involve customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls, or reviewing user-generated content in line with platform policies and community standards.


Your Role

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
  • Evaluate reports related to abuse, harassment, intellectual property violations, or inappropriate content
  • Support users via chat and email, with outbound calls when required (account access, payments, or general inquiries)
  • Investigate flagged content and take appropriate action based on internal protocols
  • Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content in a professional and responsible manner
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and efficiency in line with performance targets
  • Adapt to workflow changes and support different lines of business when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent policy enforcement and user safety

Your Qualifications

  • Portuguese (C1 level or native), written and spoken
  • English level B2–C1 (for training and internal communication)
  • Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or BPO environments (1–2+ years depending on workflow)
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
  • High cultural awareness and understanding of the Portuguese-speaking market
  • Ability to manage emotionally challenging content when applicable
  • Good written communication skills and typing speed (minimum 30 wpm with solid accuracy)
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
