Your Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and guidance about the company’s products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, always aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Communicate with empathy and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and procedures.
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written).
- Good command of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping others.
