Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Portuguese & English-speaking Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships, detecting new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the Tech industry. You will engage with resellers, provide product information, and handle inbound and outbound calls to develop business opportunities.
This is a full-time, on-site position, offering an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while growing in an international sales environment.
Your Role
- Clearly articulate the Partner Program value proposition and onboard new resellers
- Respond to inquiries from resellers via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Provide general product information and promote key services through inbound and outbound calls
- Identify high-value business opportunities and assist in nurturing leads
- Serve as the primary contact for partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
- Conduct callout campaigns based on a predefined list of resellers
- Support marketing efforts, providing information on products and services
Your Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese(C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by targets and performance metrics
- Ability to engage with business users at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team
