Your Role
- Assist users via calls and tickets with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide solutions to everyday device usage questions with a customer-first approach.
- Identify and escalate trending issues or bugs to the supervision team.
- Work alongside a passionate, customer-focused international team.
- Contribute to delivering a seamless user experience for customers of wearable devices.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (B2 or higher) for daily customer communication.
- Good English (B1+) for training and internal communication.
- Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS features.
- Strong empathy, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team.
