Workster is partnering with a leading international outsourcing group in Portugal to recruit Customer Support & Billing Specialists for a large-scale public services operation. The project supports critical road infrastructure services, combining customer support, billing, and administrative communication across digital channels.

Your Role

  • Handling customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information
  • Registering requests, complaints, and clarifications in internal systems for full traceability
  • Performing billing, collection, and revenue reconciliation activities
  • Communicating with external entities such as authorities and regulatory bodies when required
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Contributing to service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction
  • All communication is handled via phone, email, and digital channels.

Your Profile

  • Native or C1 level Dutch and good English skills
  • Comfortable working with customers and administrative processes
  • Detail-oriented and confident handling data, billing, and documentation
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and digital channels
  • Organized and reliable in following procedures and deadlines
  • Willing to work in a regulated, structured environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, billing, collections, or administration is a plus

The Offer
