Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Sales Development Representatives for their Barcelona office.
Your Role
- Conduct outbound & Inbound Prospecting: Research, contact, nurture and conduct initial qualification that satisfy BANT criteria for inbound and outbound RAD 2 and 3 leads
- Define outreach tactics: To utilise the technology has at its disposal to conduct successful outreach (CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) and tailor to the customer persona
- Progress and update leads on CRM: Push leads through the lead queue and update lead information on CRM
- Support account planning: Collaborate with SAMS/FSRs/Sales specialists on outreach strategy and provide regular feedback
- Provide campaign support: Provide campaign feedback to marketing to improve effectiveness
Your Qualifications
- Excellent English skills (C1)
- You bring at least 2 years of industry experience at the enterprise level.
- You are proficient in identifying, nurturing and qualifying leads
- You can sufficiently understand customers, industries and our product offerings including high level pricing to conduct solution selling across the portfolio (but with an initial focus on PS)
- Excel at building relationships and handling objections
- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
- Are proficient in using CRM software
