Workster is partnering with a global leader in business solutions and customer experience to recruit a German-speaking Lead Generator to join their growing team in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
- Qualify leads and set up sales appointments for the account executives
- Use CRM tools to manage daily activity, track opportunities, and update lead profiles
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion
- Support and improve pipeline growth through consistent prospecting
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism with potential clients
Requirements
- Native or fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development
- Confident in identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships
- Technically minded with basic understanding of IT and CRM systems
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS sales
- Familiarity with common CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
