Workster is partnering with a global leader in business solutions and customer experience to recruit a German-speaking Lead Generator to join their growing team in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
  • Qualify leads and set up sales appointments for the account executives
  • Use CRM tools to manage daily activity, track opportunities, and update lead profiles
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion
  • Support and improve pipeline growth through consistent prospecting
  • Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism with potential clients

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development
  • Confident in identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships
  • Technically minded with basic understanding of IT and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with common CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
