Workster is partnering with a leading BPO consultancy to recruit skilled Sales Representatives for the Czech market. In this role, you will engage SMBs, leveraging your sales skills and language expertise to drive business growth and client success.
Your Role
- Engage in B2B outbound sales for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) using high-quality leads provided by the client.
- Strive to achieve a conversion rate of 15%
- Effectively employ negotiation skills to close agreements and successfully onboard new clients.
- Manage each sales opportunity with persistence, ensuring a focused approach toward closing deals.
- Adapt and innovate sales processes to identify the most effective methods for achieving results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a team-oriented approach to achieving sales goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in internal systems and actively participate in training programs.
Your Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in English for training, tools, and internal communication. Proficiency in Czech is required to effectively engage with the target market.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail to manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with dynamic work environments and able to adjust strategies to achieve results.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with an additional hour allocated for lunch breaks.
