Workster partners with the largest outsourcing company in Greece to find experienced Finnish, Norwegian, Danish or Swedish speaking Customer Care Specialists to work in the beautiful island of Chania, Greece. The successful candidates will support customers for different industries and brands.
Your Role
- Support Scandinavian customers over phone, email and occasionally chat
- Achieve your weekly and monthly targets as part of a multicultural Team
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Represent your brand professionally and with dedication
- Document each interaction in a dedicated CRM system
- Act as a key participant within the internal team and wider by taking part in department initiatives providing feedback/updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues/department
Your Qualifications
- Native (C1+) level of Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, OR Swedish
- Willingness to relocate to Chania
- Good level of English (B2)
- Experience in Customer Support is an advantage
- Strong abilities to work independently and as a team player
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications
- Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
