Workster partners with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team, based anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Your Role
- Proactively arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to explore new opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships
- Promote the company’s products and services by understanding and addressing clients’ needs
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations
- Leverage in-depth market knowledge to identify emerging trends and business opportunities, positioning the company as a leader in the industry
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to drive successful deals and build rapport with clients at all levels
- Develop insightful reports to track business progress, client relationships, and performance metrics to ensure strategic goals are met
- Reach out to leads, convert them into loyal customers, and maintain ongoing relationships through exceptional customer service
- Represent the company at expos, conferences, and industry events, establishing connections and expanding the company’s network
- Apply proven B2B sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Utilize a strong professional network to unlock new opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships that support the company’s business objectives
Your Qualifications
- Native/Fluency in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication in both
- A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in technology, software, SaaS, infrastructure products, or other relevant industries is preferred
- A strong understanding of financial products or services, including but not limited to trading, investments, or other market-related sectors
- Ability to understand the target audience and the flow of business within the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively present ideas and engage clients
- Proven ability to establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive business growth
- Demonstrated experience in a business development, sales, or similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
