Workster is partnering with a leading telecommunications company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Site Acquisition Specialist for their team in Maastricht, Netherlands.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing locations for telecom antennas, negotiating lease agreements with landlords, and ensuring successful site acquisition. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, combining field visits with administrative tasks to support the company’s network expansion.

This is a full-time, on-site position with the possibility of hybrid work after six months.

Your Role

  • Identify and evaluate suitable locations for telecom antennas
  • Conduct site visits, gather geospatial data, and create visual reports
  • Negotiate and secure lease agreements with landlords
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s custom software
  • Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic work environment

Your Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch (C1) and good English (B2+)
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands for business purposes
  • Experience in sales or negotiations
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
