Workster is partnering with a global technology and services provider in Greece to recruit Customer Operations Specialists for an advanced GenAI-driven digital platforms project. This role focuses on supporting users of a large-scale online ecosystem, ensuring account integrity, policy compliance, and a high-quality user experience.

You will work in a fast-paced, international environment where accuracy, judgment, and adaptability are essential.

Your Role

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, followed by outbound calls when required
  • Support users with account-related issues, access restrictions, payments, and platform functionality
  • Review cases in line with established guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Make accurate decisions while handling non-sensitive and, at times, complex scenarios
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Adapt quickly to changing workflows and processes as the platform evolves
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends and recurring issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery

Your Qualifications

  • C1 level of Slovak
  • Good command of English (B2–C1) for training, tools, and internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer support, digital operations, or technical support (B2C preferred)
  • Strong written communication and typing skills
  • High attention to detail and sound decision-making ability
  • Cultural awareness and ability to assess content or situations contextually
  • Comfortable working with defined policies and quality-driven KPIs
  • Flexibility to work rotational schedules and adapt to different workflows
