Workster is partnering with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading to recruit a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager. Your Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management: Identify and recruit new Affiliates/Introducing Brokers (IBs) while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing partners.
  • Program Monitoring: Oversee and manage affiliate programs and activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Client Communication: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Network Expansion: Seek out Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate terms to enhance the affiliate program.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with new affiliates and renew agreements with existing partners.
  • Proposal Development: Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on projected Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activities or policy violations, such as spamming or unauthorized information disclosure.
  • Performance Analysis: Review sales reports to assess campaign effectiveness and determine necessary improvements or discontinuations.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials tailored for specific geographic regions.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Draft marketing briefs to develop campaign assets and initiate new campaign ideas or bonus offers for affiliates.
  • Representation: Represent the company at international events, including exhibitions, meetups, and seminars.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish (both oral and written) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role, preferably within the FX brokerage industry.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is considered a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers with a deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional planning and project management abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of affiliate networks and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Independence & Deadline Management: Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail & Multitasking: Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a curious and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations as needed.
