Your Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance about the company’s products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, always aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Communicate with empathy and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and procedures.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Good command of English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping others.
