Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Swedish-speaking Account Manager for their team in Malaga, Spain (On-site). This is a fantastic opportunity for sales professionals with experience in IT solutions and cloud technologies to drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and work with leading cloud service providers.

Your Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Act as the first point of contact for customers, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Sales & Advisory: Guide small and medium-sized businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
- Customer Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers and relay them to the business strategy team to enhance service offerings.
- Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Track, manage, and report ongoing sales activities, ensuring pipeline progression.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or bilingual in Swedish and fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer relationship management, with a proven track record of success.
- CRM & Software Knowledge: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps.
