Workster collaborates with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we’re looking for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Essen or Leipzig.
Your Role
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on phone calls and job interviews
- Asses applicants via aptitude tests to find the best fit for teams
- Guide applicants through every step of the recruitment process
- Work with our social media team to develop exciting content and campaigns
- Manage recruitment databases
Your Qualifications
- Native/ fluency in German (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
- Previous experience in human resources is a plus
- Knowledge of German labor law would be beneficial
- Comfortable using common PC and internet applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to continue to learn
- Able to work carefully with attention to detail and independently
