Workster collaborates with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard English speaking Talent Acquisition Account Lead to join their growing team in Krakow. The working model is hybrid.
Your Role
- Act as the main point of contact for the company, developing a strong understanding of company’s culture, workforce needs, and recruitment objectives
- Providing regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and proactive solutions
- Serve as a liaison between the client, operations team, and local talent acquisition group
- Create and deliver clear, data-driven presentations that communicate recruitment strategies, results, and recommendations
- Attend operations and client meetings to stay informed on workforce requirements, capacity planning, and performance metrics
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment performance by tracking key KPIs, and regularly present detailed performance reports to both the client and internal stakeholders
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, client account management, or recruitment operations, preferably within an RPO or BPO setting
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
