Workster is partnering with a leading multinational outsourcing company in Bulgaria who is looking for a strong and dynamic leader for their Talent Acquisition Team in the country. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid working model out of Sofia or Plovdiv.

Your Role

  • Lead the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires across all functions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent locally and internationally
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and insights to senior management
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Bulgarian and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the BPO industry and its talent landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
