Workster is collaborating with a leading global technology company that supports world-renowned brands across 70+ countries. We are now seeking a French-speaking Technical Partner Engineer to join their Barcelona office. This role is ideal for a cloud-savvy professional passionate about solving complex technical challenges while building strong partner relationships.

What You Will Do

  • As a Technical Partner Engineer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them through integration and migration processes and helping them unlock the full value of cloud-based solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide expert technical support to partners, removing roadblocks and ensuring seamless deployment
  • Recommend strategic integration and migration solutions tailored to partners’ infrastructure
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for partners throughout their journey
  • Lead technical evaluations including pilots and proof-of-concept designs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Support migration processes and provide the tools required for a successful go-live
  • Facilitate the transition from technical planning to commercial proposals and contract finalization

Your Profile

  • We’re looking for a solution-oriented professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
  • Requirements:
  • Native or proficient French speaker and fluent in English
  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role within a cloud computing environment
  • Knowledge of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, Big Data)
  • Experience delivering technical presentations
  • Solid understanding of partner enablement or channel sales (a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, client management, and problem-solving skills
  • GCP Cloud Digital Leader certification is required
  • It would be a plus if you also have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Associate Cloud Engineer
  • Familiarity with data management concepts and scalable distributed systems
  • Experience with cloud networking (VPNs, load balancers, routing, firewalls)
  • Prior experience working with large databases or infrastructure solutions
  • Additional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
