Workster is parterning with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Training Manager for their studios in Belgrade, Serbia.
Your Role
- Align training and quality initiatives with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop, update, and manage training materials, SOPs, and departmental documentation.
- Lead and supervise training staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and effective team performance.
- Plan, deliver, and oversee coaching sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Coordinate and monitor team operations to meet departmental KPIs and ensure timely task completion.
- Analyze training data to identify improvements, implement enhancements, and support staff readiness for new products or services.
- Manage employee performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and report training outcomes to senior management.
- Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of training initiatives, including reporting and performance trend analysis.
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably overseeing teams of 20 or more employees.
- Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive team performance and achieve strategic goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proactive and assertive mindset with the ability to manage projects independently or within a team environment.
- Strategic thinker with experience in planning and executing long-term initiatives.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, especially in high-pressure environments.
- Focused on both people and process, with a commitment to maintaining and improving existing workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective training programs.
- Familiarity with tracking and utilizing KPIs to measure and improve performance.
- Experience leading a training function is preferred; industry-specific experience (e.g., gaming) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools for documentation and task management.
