Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing to recruit Sales Representatives for an innovative cybersecurity client based in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-energy, growth-focused sales team in the fast-paced world of digital security.
Your Role
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong client connections through outbound calls and video meetings.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and activity-based KPIs.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and support customers with product inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and continuous process improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on cybersecurity solutions.
Your Qualifications
- Speak Danish fluently (C2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or B2B environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyse sales data, forecast opportunities, and create action plans.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth targets.
- Team player with adaptability and resilience.
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly (CRM experience is an advantage).
