Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a streaming and broadband project in Warsaw, Poland. Your Role
- Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver technical support for streaming and broadband services.
- Address contract and billing inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Handle and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Serve both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as gathering feedback or handling late payments.
- Perform light selling and upselling activities when appropriate.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Danish (C1), spoken and written.
- Good command of English (B2).
- At least 6 months of prior experience in customer service.
- Excellent technical skills (MS Office, web browsers, general computer literacy).
- Positive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to handle upselling tasks.
