Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Danish-speaking Business Developer.

Your Role

  • Represent a leading Scandinavian insurance company with confidence and professionalism.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying their needs and interest areas.
  • Schedule qualified meetings directly into the insurer’s calendar — the insurance experts handle the final sales process.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team culture where everyone helps each other succeed.
  • Maintain communication standards and follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality outreach.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in Danish, with good understanding of English.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Comfortable working in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling environments.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience (sales experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and proactively engage customers.
  • Strong computer navigation skills.
  • A natural team player with excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to secure meetings.
  • Quality-focused, reliable, and able to work with freedom under responsibility.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and unafraid of challenges.

The Offer
