Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Danish-speaking Business Developer.

Your Role
- Represent a leading Scandinavian insurance company with confidence and professionalism.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying their needs and interest areas.
- Schedule qualified meetings directly into the insurer’s calendar — the insurance experts handle the final sales process.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team culture where everyone helps each other succeed.
- Maintain communication standards and follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality outreach.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Danish, with good understanding of English.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving targets.
- Comfortable working in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling environments.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience (sales experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to identify new opportunities and proactively engage customers.
- Strong computer navigation skills.
- A natural team player with excellent interpersonal communication.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to secure meetings.
- Quality-focused, reliable, and able to work with freedom under responsibility.

The Offer
